CWO and special hosts Quantum Metric invite you to an exclusive virtual networking experience like no other, with business discussion and expertly guided wine tasting blended into a single unforgettable evening. Join other CXOs, Digital Leaders and Product experts to uncover the latest thinking in digital product design and deliver new levels of user experience insight for your products.
Big tech is surging ahead in customer experience through quality digital products that just don’t stay still. Consistent refinements and continuous product design is what differentiates a business that rockets sky-high to those that are falling behind. But it’s not easy. With resource constrictions, adaptation speed and functional data-silos in creating cross-functional unity, the organisational barriers to achieving customer-obsessed stance and company alignment are vast.
Join CWO and Quantum Metric for this unmissable virtual roundtable where we’ll be sharing insights into adapting to changing customer needs, at speed and with confidence, so you can deliver the best for your customers and business alike.
In addition to cutting-edge business insights and networking opportunities, each attendee will receive a selection of the finest wines delivered directly to enjoy throughout the evening. With each wine introduced by a world-renowned wine connoisseur, you’ll learn the fascinating stories behind the wines before putting your palate to the test to see who will take home the grand-slam title of “Chief Wine Officer.”

Making today’s customers happy is much harder than it used to be. With maximum choice and minimum patience, customers expect digital products to meet their specific needs, and experiences to be silky smooth. To pull this off, companies must relentlessly design, deliver, and iterate on their digital products, continuously turning customer input into additional features and more enjoyable product experiences. Those who can’t deliver, or take too long doing so, will lose loyal customers and get shoved aside by the competition.
Our premium event series is all about mixing business with pleasure. This virtual event brings together high-level business discussions and networking. We also nicely blend the virtual and physical spaces, inviting guests to sample the finest wines from home, guided by the best wine-tasters in the world.
But it doesn’t stop there – you’ll also get to take part in light competition to put your newfound wine knowledge to the test. Join us to take part in our wine expert’s wine-related competition to see if you can win the title of Chief Wine Officer.
