Master of Wine Christy Canterbury is a journalist, speaker and critic who lives between New York City’s DUMBO and the vineyards of the world (primarily those of Europe). Christy was the 7th woman to be awarded as master of wine in the US, one of the world’s highest wine qualifications and held by just 389 people worldwide. Previously she was the National Wine Director for Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group and the Global Beverage Director for Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
