It’s time for another edition of the world famous CWO, this time with special guest host West Monroe. We’re inviting just 15 Customer Success leaders from leading software organizations in the US to join us for an in-depth discussion on adopting a customer-first mindset that drives retention. All while sampling a selection of fine wines in the company of one of only 419 Masters of Wine in the world. Will we see you there?
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and subscription models are now critical to continued growth and valuation for organizations of all types and sizes – and Chief Customer Officers know it. But how do you capitalize on this need and help fuel customer success and continued growth for your software company? How can you design a holistic customer engagement model that increases revenue predictability, customer lifetime value, and sales effectiveness?
At this exclusive virtual networking experience, Dhaval Moogimane (Partner, High-Tech & Software at West Monroe) will share a framework for customer engagement success as you look to accelerate growth, the common pain points he sees among modern enterprises, and how to generate more customer success with fewer resources. You’ll also be invited to share your own experiences and to discuss best practices for driving customer experience and retention.
Join us to hear all this and much more as you build new business connections with other senior leaders from your industry. RSVP now and you’ll also receive a selection of fine wines to taste throughout the evening, with each introduced to you by a Master of Wine. Then, you’ll compete against your peers in a light-hearted wine tasting competition to see who is the best taster in the room – the “Chief Wine Officer!”
Nick Mehta (he/him), is the CEO of Gainsight, The Customer Success Company—a five time Forbes Cloud 100 recipient. He works with a team of 800 people who together have created the customer success category that’s currently taking over the SaaS business model worldwide. Nick has been named one of the Top SaaS CEOs by the Software Report three years in a row, one of the Top CEOs of 2018 by Comparably, and was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year 2020 Northern California Award winner. On top of all that, he was recently rated the #1 CEO in the world (the award committee was just his mom, but the details are irrelevant). He is a member of the Board of Directors at F5 and has also co-authored two books on the customer success field, Customer Success: How Innovative Companies Are Reducing Churn and Growing Recurring Revenue, and The Customer Success Economy: Why Every Aspect of Your Business Model Needs A Paradigm Shift. He is passionate about family, football, philosophy, physics, fashion, feminism, and SaaS customer success. People told him it’s impossible to combine all of those interests, but Nick has made it his life’s mission to try.
This exclusive networking experience is open to just 15 CCOs, CROs, COOs and similar senior Customer Success leaders from US-based software organizations. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet likeminded individuals, build new business connections, and to learn about customer engagement transformation while sampling some of the world’s finest wines.
