Join us at Michelin-starred City Social for our latest event in partnership with Workday. Experience the renowned Chief Wine Officer format with other, VIP-selected C-suite executives who focus on driving digital growth.
At this event, we’ll explore how CHROs and CFOs can steer transformational projects within their organisations and departments. You’re invited to learn how to leverage automated processes to boost productivity by building better roadmaps, revolutionising team collaboration, and optimising resources.
During the evening you’ll hear how PwC have deployed digital advances to augment their workforce and skillset, gaining key insight into the importance of organisational agility. You’ll also hear from Workday’s Director of Finance, Brian Montgomery, who will share his experience of using Workday’s platform internally for financial management. What you’ll learn is that the only way to achieve a successful digital transformation is through collaboration between both finance and HR.
By pairing to perform, leaders in HR and Finance can explore how to transform and reinvent their workforce capabilities to generate long-term business benefits. What’s more, our speakers will show that to upskill your workforce, you need to effectively engage employees and prioritise results that result in an enhanced skillset.
