Oliver joined Workday from Unum – the leading Insurer and Benefits provider – where he was Chief Technology Architect. Oliver led teams to radically transform how new products were brought to market and totally revamped the customer experience, helping create a 22% sales growth year on year. As a pre-requisite to that transformation, Oliver and his colleagues completed a successful implementation of Workday HCM, Finance and Procurement.

Prior to Unum, Oliver enjoyed a successful career in Fidelity Investments for 18 years spanning three different roles. His most recent role was CIO for HR Access – a leading vendor in the HR and Payroll industry, which was owned by Fidelity Capital. As a member of the executive team Oliver helped generate a 400% increase in revenues and sales.

DAN GOODALL

Chief Information Officer, Bromford

Dan is joining Bromford as Chief Information Officer in January 2021. Recently, he has been consulting on the integration of SSE’s domestic energy business into Ovo Energy’s Workday platform, marking the first ‘Big 6’ energy migration onto Workday.

Prior to this Dan was the Technology and Transformation Director at Ecotricity where he oversaw the selection and implementation of Workday Financials and HCM, a ‘Fins-First’ migration, and Director within Deloitte’s SAP practice where he defined and delivered several large-scale ERP transformation programmes at household name clients.
