What’s on the agenda

Join Chief Wine Officer and partners Citrix for an opportunity to network among decision makers and C-level peers. This exclusive invite-only VIP experience will explore why improving employee experience is an organisational priority.

Engaged employee’s equal success. Today’s organisational leaders have several technology levers they can pull to enhance their employees’ experience. Shaping the employee’s technology experience is a shared responsibility which often becomes blurred. High-performing organisations attribute their success to effective cross-departmental collaboration, recognising the role technology plays in moulding the overall employee experience.

During the evening we’ll discuss how effective collaboration between IT and HR can enhance the employee experience. Discover how you can unify your workforce and influence employee engagement, productivity and retention. Providing a framework that reduces technology complexities, dismantles silos and drives cooperation.

Listen as our guest speakers explore how to maximise digital’s positive impact, equipping employees with the tools required to excel in their roles, increase agility and accelerate the delivery of high performance.

Prepare for an evening of networking, and thought-provoking discussion.  Enjoy our renowned Chief Wine Officer format of gourmet dining, fine-wine tasting and some light entertainment from one of only 390 Masters of Wine at the iconic Shakespeare’s Globe.
