CWO DIGITAL and IBM present a virtual experience – with real wine

Curating Superior Digital Experiences in Banking

YOUR DIGITAL AGENDA

You’re invited to join CWO DIGITAL, IBM and 15 senior Banking leaders for a virtual networking experience – with real wine! Prepare to hear from key experts in the AI and Automation space about how Banking institutions can transform customer experiences and improve operational efficiency all with the help of intelligent workflows.

Last year, global banking institution enforcement actions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), data privacy and MiFID rose by over 26%. Legacy technologies have fallen short of offering superior digital experiences and thereby meeting customer expectations. As such, banks are realizing great value by applying new technologies, and scaling adoption to digitize end-to-end customer lifecycle management – from onboarding to Know Your Client (KYC) and AML compliance and reviews. But transforming customer experiences, streamlining processes and managing compliance begins with one thing: intelligent workflows.

Join this interactive networking event and discover how applying an end-to-end platform can enable your banking institution to transform how they manage clients. By powering AI and automation, you can mitigate risks and curate exceptional customer expectations for frictionless onboarding and operational efficiency.

To compliment these riveting insights, you’ll be joined by a wine connoisseur who will take you through a virtual wine tasting with real wines, which we’ll deliver straight to your door. The event will feature some light-hearted wine-related competition as you and your peers are invited to put your newfound knowledge to the test. At the end of the night, one lucky attendee will log off having been crowned the enviable title of ‘Chief Wine Officer’!
