How CHROs and CIOs Can Adapt to the New Working World

WHAT’S ON THE VIRTUAL AGENDA

CWO : DIGITAL and special host Workday are joining forces to bring CHRO’s and CIO’S a virtual event to remember. Join us for a night of fine wines, interactive networking and unrivaled business insight as expert speakers take the digital stage to discuss best practices for negotiating the uncertainty that awaits so many organisations.

In 2020 we have seen organisations demonstrate differing levels of ability to adjust to new ways of working as the crisis struck. As we move beyond the initial response to the crisis, organisations need to prepare for an uncertain future, where core systems for finance and HR will play an important role in determining whether an organisation is both agile and efficient enough to cope with the bumps in the road ahead.

You’ll be joined by industry experts who’ll discuss how you can:

  • Establish what skills will be needed for your new working environment to help your people stay informed, engaged and supported
  • Maximise the productivity of a restructured workforce by connecting them to the answers and resources they need in a stress-free environment
  • Alleviate workers’ anxieties over their safety and well-being prior through pulse surveys and support teams

This is a unique opportunity for CHRO’s and CIO’s to come together and prepare to adapt to the needs of a changing world. Alongside riveting insight, you’ll also enjoy a fine wine tasting competition featuring with real wines we’ll deliver straight to your door. At the end of the evening, your palate will be put to the test as one lucky attendee is crowned the enviable title of ‘Chief Wine Officer’!

Thought the event was well structured and breaking it up between the business and pleasure elements led to a nice balance and a relaxed discussion. Overall very enjoyable.
