The passion project of husband-and-wife team, Tom and Diane Coohill, the restaurant and bar invites guests in with a comfortably elegant space and spoils them further with Rocky Mountain views. As Co-owner and Head Chef, Tom directs the culinary vision of the restaurant; a farm-to-table experience that celebrates fresh regional produce.
