Chief Wine Officer and Genpact invite you to an exclusive networking, business, and wine tasting experience this October. Join us and your C-level peers to share ideas on how a data-driven approach can help you reimagine cash performance all while sampling a premium selection of fine wines in a tasting experience hosted by one of just 409 Masters of Wine in the world.
Customer behaviors have been transformed and supply chains completely disrupted. This has intensified companies’ focus on cash performance, shifting the thinking around cashflow from months and quarters to weeks and days. While working capital was once the preserve of the finance function, business teams are coming together, discussing trade-offs to achieve sustainable improvements. This is the new normal.
Our guest speakers, Eric Johnson (SVP, Global Finance Shared Services, Cardinal Health) and Michelle Hunter (VP Finance, SBS Service Delivery Lead, Sysco) will share their experiences and discuss how CFOs can generate real-time insights, taking a cross-functional and connected approach to improving cash performance. They’ll also share how to combine quick, high-impact initiatives and medium to long-term structural changes.
RSVP to hear from our speakers and to explore how to improve cash flow across operational finance and supply chain processes, ways to embed data-led intelligence and enhance working-capital predictions, how to incorporate decision making with AI and analytics, and the role of an organization-wide task force, Liquidity Council, to bring together a range of skillsets to deliver faster outcomes
Along with networking with your peers, you’ll also enjoy an evening spent with an internationally renowned wine expert as they walk you through a light wine-tasting competition to see who will take home the coveted title of ‘Chief Wine Officer’.
