Martha is a Managing Director with Accenture and is Global Co-Lead for Fjord. A seasoned consultant, with over 20 years working as an applied ethnographer, she joined Fjord in 2016 to lead the Design Research practice. Martha has spent her career studying how everyday people engage with products, services and brands, as well as helping her clients work differently and with a human-centered lens. As she helps her clients succeed in with their innovation portfolios, much of her work also includes a focus on corporate culture change and helping organizations learn how to get out of their own way so they can be successful in their innovation goals.
Managing Director and Global Head of Social Business and Collaboration Practice, Accenture Interactive
Rob Harles is Managing Director and Global Head of Social Business and Collaboration practice for Accenture Interactive where he builds social and digital strategies for the Fortune 1000. In his role, Rob also serves as the Lead for Accenture Interactive’s Salesforce Partnership across Marketing, Commerce and Experience Clouds. Rob has an extensive background building successful digital businesses in the areas of strategy, digital architecture and design, digital marketing, social media and emerging channels. His specific expertise includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, eCommerce and digital automation.
Senior Director, Retail Industry Go-to-Market, Salesforce
Alex is the Global Head of Retail Industry at Salesforce where he leads a team of industry and technology veterans who act as trusted advisors to Salesforce’s Retail customers, guiding them through their digital transformation. Prior to joining Salesforce he served as the Head of Marketing for Shinola where he helped cultivate and direct the brand narrative and work to spearhead a massive digital transformation for both Shinola and its sister brand Filson. Before Shinola, Alex worked at GE where he served as the Global Director of Partnerships and Product Innovation, which managed the $1B licensed goods business globally.

Sunil leads the global consumer goods go-to-market team at Salesforce. They are a team of industry and technology veterans who act as trusted advisors to Salesforce’s CG customers, guide them through transformation, and work closely with them to bring to market industry-focused innovations such as the Consumer Goods cloud.

For close to 20 years, May’s had her finger on the pulse of the wine and spirits scene in New York City. May represents wine regions and brands as their primary educator and ambassador. She has taught countless seminars to industry professionals and has presented at high visibility conferences such as New York Wine Expo, Society of Wine Educator Annual Conference and the French Wine Society Annual Conference. May is also a long time instructor at the prestigious International Wine Center, where she has been teaching the classes of the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and served as an adjunct professor at the City Tech, CUNY.
