CWO Society Dinner

CWO Society Dinners are our multi-sponsor, larger form events, bringing together up to 50+ senior executives for the CWO dining experience on a grander scale.

Currently hosted in London and NYC, these events encompass our usual exceptional fine dining, wine tasting, and networking, with up to 5 sponsors per event.

Each event is targeted to a specific job function and industry, such as AI and financial services, so guests can meet more industry peers than ever before. There are no sponsor specific keynotes like our CWO At Home and CWO Dinner events, rather sponsors can drive discussions how they wish around their table.

CAPACITY • 7 guests + 2 hosts per table

INVESTMENT • £8k-£12k per table

Cockroach Labs’ target audience worked across technology, applications, and architecture roles in London, Paris, and wider Europe, with one event dedicated to FSI industry leaders. All guests had a common interest in resilient app development and wanted to learn ways to create high-performing, always-on applications.

Building on the success of our 2023 series; generating $500K+ in new opportunities, Cockroach Labs returned for this renewal, with further events in the US.

FAQs

Data

Chief Wine Officer has an average 1/40 – 1/50 acceptance rate and we overfill our events by 40% to allow for cancellations. This means we need to create a database of 800-1,000 contacts for an event with 12 guests. Please ensure that you provide enough accounts and personas to help us reach this number.

For in-person dinner events, we will only build data from within a commutable distance of the dinner location. If you provide accounts that don’t have personnel in the local area, these accounts will not be included in your campaign dataset. At Home events allow us to broaden the geographical scope of your audience list, so we can look at different regions across countries and continents.

Event and discussions

Our events are primarily based around IT, security, data, transformation, risk and compliance, people and culture, experience, cloud, operations, marketing, applications, sustainability, and many more. No matter your topic, we’d be open to hearing more!

Absolutely! At the start of each event we emphasise that we follow Chatham House Rules, meaning no content discussed can be attributed to any particular individual. Guests understand that they’re there to learn if your service could be a solution, so they’re often open to sharing to see how you could be of benefit to them.

For our CWO Dinner events, we’re currently hosting across various Michelin-starred and five-star venues, including Spring, Hide, Trivet, Prospect, Union Square Café, Le Chiberta, and more. A full list can be found here.

Hosts and attendees

Depending on the format, we will offer up to 4 spaces for your team. We recommend one senior internal speaker, one guest speaker (e.g. industry expert, customer, partner) and the rest to be your senior sales representatives. We suggest looking at the registration list and bringing relevant account managers. There will be a briefing call a few days before the event and we
encourage all hosts/speakers to attend so they can make the most of the event.

We overfill each event to account for dropouts and cancellations. For anyone who can’t attend, we will continue to engage with them to see if they would be interested in a meeting with your team to catch up on anything missed and allow for the all important business introduction.

"Cockroach Labs is always thrilled to collaborate with Chief Nation on our events, which consistently feature full tables that drive significant value."
